Subscription Box - Weekly and Fortnightly Option

We love the meat box - it often pushes us to make different meals with the range of cuts! The only things we don't like are the lamb ribs - they are very fatty with hardly any meat on them, and the sausages, which we find very sweet. If you could substitute both of those with mince, it would be great! Thank you!
