Lamb Butterflied Shoulder

Boned out shoulder of lamb - I chose to slow roast for 5 hours with garlic, shallots, white wine, chicken stock, then in last hour added cherry tomatoes & a lemon quarted. It was truely delicious 😋 Only issue was we needed more 😉
