Easy - Peasy

Very easy to install, I had it up and lamp mounted in less than an hour. Made a very stiff concret mix,set the pole and put the sleave over it and set the lamp. I think with the stiff mix the sleave actually stabilized the pole and kept it level. Great product and it look great
