I was worried that setting up an ADS-B FlightFeeder receiver would be complicated. My experience was exactly the opposite. It was very straightforward and everything was set up and working within an hour. This is a good value for the money, although I did add a bigger rooftop antenna. Problem free, and good fun!

I’ve been very happy with the FlightFeeder Pro. Setup was straightforward, and once connected to my network it began feeding and displaying aircraft data reliably. The local SkyAware feed has been especially useful for tracking aircraft near my home and around KBJC in near real time. The biggest benefit is having a dependable local ADS-B source instead of relying only on internet-based aircraft feeds. It updates quickly, captures nearby traffic well, and works great for a home aviation display or dashboard project. A few aircraft still depend on outside enrichment sources for details like aircraft type or routes, but the FlightFeeder itself has been solid for live position data. Overall, it’s a strong device for anyone interested in local aircraft tracking, ADS-B feeding, or building a real-time aviation display. I’d recommend it.

Great gift. I gave this to a friend and he was able to get it working with only minor questions. He isnot a computer guy but really likes keeping up with general aviation over his ranch.
