Using the temp probe

I like using the temp probe, especially during this period of becoming familiar with the concept of air frying. I’ve passed the novice stage of cooking chicken. The air fryer was a Christmas gift so much to learn. Forgetting that the probe was stored inside, I turned the air fryer on to preheat it. Needless to say…I had to replace the probe. The company was very prompt in getting a new one sent out. Thank you
