Folded Vinyls Why would you do that?

I wish you would of put in LARGE WRITING at the beginning that all fabric are shipped FOLDED unless specified, also you charge 10$ extra per roll, all my vinyls had folded creases! you could of put all 3 orders on one roll,Vinyl should never be folded!
