This is a more subtle flavour compared to the other more fruity products in our curd range.
Ginger Curd carries more of a spiced flavour and leaves a nice winter warming flavour on your taste buds. It works particularly well when used as a filling for a cheesecake if you want something a little different to a fruity, vibrant cheesecake.

Ginger curd.
Delicious. I am not a huge fan of ginger, however, I popped a jar into my basket when I was placing an order just to give it a try and I am so glad I did. You get a wonderful creamy ginger flavour with a gentle warmth in the mouth but not overpowering, it is now one of my favourites.
