Ordered the wrong strips, meant to order for the healvet 3000 not 300 and bc I opened the tape on the outside of the box they will not refund me for it. never touched nothing in the box or opened anything in the box didn’t realize I ordered the wrong one til I opened it and saw a paper inside showing a different machine
