Very good product, helpf me to sleep better

Fine product. Prefer Triple Magnesium

This Magnesium Glycinate with Zinc did the job. I was able to fall asleep and I woke up feeling more rested than usual. That said, I personally prefer the Triple Magnesium version. I noticed deeper, more restorative sleep with it and I also felt less muscle aches and stiffness the next day. If you are deciding between the two, Triple Magnesium was the better fit for me.

I take many BioEmblem supplements and they are very high quality. For me they are a little hard to swallow but other than that I feel better and my lab results show it.
