Peerless is simply on another level!!! Back in the day, I would go to shou for comfort, ease, and relaxation. I have since learned new ways to enjoy this treasure of ripeness. Challenging, punchy, and powerful shous are really something special, and Peerless is up there at the top in my opinion. It's so full of flavor, in a beautifully unhinged manner. The strength nearly borders on "too much", but in my opinion, stays really beautiful and vulnerable. I look forward to tasting this further down the road as well. Great work Scottie!
