I've now received half a dozen of Primis's EVOOs. I don't know how they do it, but each one seems to surpass the one I had before. They are expensive, or seem so at first, but (1) they are absolutely worth it, and (2) I make a bottle last a long time: I use a store-bought olive oil for most tasks-sauteeing onions, softening garlic, browning meat-then drizzle on the Primis before serving. Or I whisk a small amount of the Primis along with the "regular" olive oil to add flavor to a sauce, a dressing. There is none better.

This is a delicious EVOO that I use exclusively. Great for salad dressings, pesto, drizzling on bread and cheese....... Everything. I don't use anything else.
