Fruity and Sweet
I’ve been eat berries a lot lately since they are in season, and this tea has some fruity/berry-like aromas and flavors with a refreshing astringency that keeps you coming back for another sip. This and another sample I received have me excited to explore all of the “aged as mao cha” offerings.

Candy Sunrise Morning.
Berry jam aroma, predominant sweetness with a tinge of astringency. Sticky mouth feel with a quite, uplifting qi. I notice the caffeine isn't very punchy which I think is nice You can definitely feel it but it isn't in your face like a low-quality coffee might hit you. After years of drinking YS pu'erh (sheng and shu) them using quality material is only expected and this tea is not the exception. An excellent tea to drink now. I can't imagine how awesome it'd be aged.
