Very noisy motor and fit and finish issues

disappointing bike overall. Disturbingly noisy motor and plug socket comes out with plug when it's removed. My last stolen Haibike was better on all counts.

Completely new to riding an e-bike, but it’s been an easy transition to using the Scott Sub Sport! Obviously things like the weight & speed are very different but I love the extra ease & distance available. I’ve been on road and trail and the bike is as easy on either surface. The “walk assist” is a real asset. Happy new e-bike owner!
