100 QT Powered Rack Steamer

Exceptional service, shipped it to me next dwy recieved it in 72 hours, all the way from Louisiana to New Mexico. Cant say enough about the quality. Now from my first three uses, not criticism just observation. If you put acidic like a citrus fruit, will get decolonization from oxidation. You can see exactly where those drips were and at what water level. Next, i love the product and use it commercially at our seafood food trailer, you will NEED a wind screen if you cant place it out of the path of wind. They DO sell them, very well made and super affordable. If your use is outdoors and you cant block the wind you will have hell with out it. Love this product. I will definitely buy again and many more products. Great folks
