Quality product and great customer service

The peach collar we ordered was beautiful and it is made from quality materials. Unfortunately the collar was too big for our shiba inu, even though the sizing guide was used and this feedback was provided to the company. They replied promptly and helped addressed our concern and we will definitely be ordering more products when needed from them. Thank you, Janice for all your help!

We ordered the Peach collar for our pooch “Peaches”, but had an issue with the cut of the material on the original collar — I reached out to the team at Sniff and Bark who were amazing at responding to my query. They immediately rectified the situation and sent out a replacement collar for our pooch which has now been received and is absolutely perfect for our Peaches! 5 stars for the product AND the amazing customer service!
