Awful customer service

I purchased the Dugdale Grey Wool Flannel Dress Pant through an ad on Instagram. While the pants looked excellent in the ad, I was disappointed upon receipt due to the design and the fabric, which is extremely itchy—similar to burlap. I contacted the company and was told all sales are final, which I find unacceptable. Ordering a product online should include the option to return it. It is very disappointing. I hope you take this feedback to improve your design/ fabrication and customer service.

Fantastic cloth. I guess it would be appropriate to mention this is a worsted flannel. An absolute steal.
