Charged and not delivered
FlowZone charged my card for my order on April 7th. As of April 23rd my order has not shipped. You sent an email to get my feedback so here it is. Send me my order that you've charged me for. Disappointing because you have quality products but a poor communication and shipping process.

Awesome
My tank started leaking, e-mail they explaining what happened and they were very quick to respond and come up with a solution. I was just seeing if this was a normal problem but they insisted on send me a new tank. I love this brand and company product work really good.
