The replacement back pack was shipped quickly and greatly appreciated only thing is they sent the wrong piece for side of backpack for wand to snap into not sure what the one they sent is for but i can live with that..

I am in professional pest control when I find this machine to be absolutely amazing. It’s easy to use easy to set up and the fact that I can have maintenance and repairs done to, it is even better

As my title suggests I am very dissatisfied with this product and wanting to return it with all honesty. It does not help take weight off the back, and rather gets very heavy after filling with water unlike my other backpack sprayer. And the water pressure generated is not nearly as much as my previous sprayer. I’m extremely dissatisfied.
