I am most impressed by this company - a super product and amazing customer service. The collars I purchased arrived promptly, nicely boxed , beautiful soft leather and expertly stitched with a strong shiny clasp. I love the embossed phone number on the collar too. I emailed to say I was pleased however the collars were too big and immediately the reply was to return them and they could be altered to my dogs requirements . No quibbling no fuss and they were returned promptly and now fit beautifully. Happy dogs and happy customer. Thank you so much .
