Bought 3 items during his weight loss promotion and never seen any update on the final weight loss or received an adjustment to my order as promised. Reached out multiple times over email, instagram, HM website and Facebook over a period of months and never heard anything back. Kinda feel hustled, won’t be coming back

Awesome little piece of kit. Super versatile, can bring enough screws + some extra gear for most big ice routes. And once emptied it can store a medium weight belay jacket + some water and snacks on challenging but not crazy long routes.

Solid product.

Great price but looked like a “factory 2nd”. Could see holes from having to be seam ripped in places. Also the screw pockets are pretty inconsistent sizes. Blue Ice screws don’t fit in some slots.
