Fête Lark Baby Carrier

this product is actually amazing and worth every penny. I am a mom of 3 and my only regret is not buying this carrier originally- and I have owned just about every other carrier, but NOTHING compares to this!

Comfy, beautiful carrier

Overall, this is a good quality and comfortable carrier with beautiful patterned fabric. As a first time mom with a big baby under 4 months, it's taken us a little time to get used to comfortable baby wearing in general, but I'm so glad I have this as an option to carry my baby as an alternative to our stroller. The first carrier I tried was the Baby Bjorn mini I received it as a hand-me-down. I found this carrier uncomfortable on my upper back (already sore from picking up a baby all the time) and on my skin because of the mesh fabric. The Lark carrier is some much more comfortable with the soft cotton fabric and waist strap. I have a little bit of hard time reaching the cross straps dangling from the back, but once clipped the carrier is comfortable and easy to adjust. My baby is still learning to hold his head up, so when walking around I usually have one hand on his head and frequently check in to make sure he's not nuzzled too far into my chest as he's on the younger side for this carrier. My baby doesn't usually like being put in the carrier, but once he settles, he often sleeps and is happy. I'm guessing it will be easier to put him in the carrier when he's a little older and stronger. Once he's settled though, he really likes being close to mom or dad, and the feeling of being held by the main panel. I look forward to using this carrier for hopefully a couple years and trying the back-wearing option when he's old enough.
