Zinc .50 Dart Blaster DIY Kit

Excellent blaster. Got the DIY kit with all parts already printed. Instructions to build are excellent. Brad is very helpful. Blaster does about 180fps on my chrono and I’m really happy with its range and accuracy.

I bought the ZNC .50 DIY Hardware Kit from BMPrintShop. The customer service was very helpful as I approached this slightly more technical build for me, which required tools like a hammer, pliers, lighter and some Loctite 263 to properly re-secure the plunger rod nut to the plunger rod in my case. Bradley even threw in an extra short magazine for me. This blaster was hitting over 200 fps with the original spring, so I purchased two 9kg Longshot springs from blastertech.com.au, cut one down, filed the cut edge smooth and entered the springs into the plunger tube cut end first. This ensures the spring does not move inside the plunger tube when unprimed whiling shooting at about 150fps, which is suitable for close quarters combat games. The accuracy from the 9-bearing internal BCAR was much better than I was expecting and the slam-fire mechanism is the most effective I’ve ever seen in a blaster.
