Savory Spring Honey

What a Great Find

This honey is so very different from what is sold as honey in the grocery stores. There are nuances to the flavors in every one of the the flavors I have tried. I am spoiled now.

Lighter, Complex and Delicious

I bought this along with the buckthorn, basswood, dandelion, and honeydew to compare and contrast--the best way to appreciate them!--I've had this one before and know it's one of my favorites. While this one is a lighter honey (not as light as the basswood, and not as rich as the dandelion in my opinion), it feels more complex and rounded out, and has both herbal and floral qualities. This is a honey I'd put in tea, slather on top of things to eat, or eat straight from a spoon.

This honey is outstanding in quality, taste, and price. I have a spoonful every morning to start my day!
