Lightly Floral, Well Rounded Honey

I bought this along with the buckthorn, basswood, honeydew, and savory spring to compare and contrast--the best way to appreciate them!--and this one feels nostalgic to me. Like what most people think of a standard "clover honey", but this to me has nicer floral notes. I would definitely buy this again if I were seeking a well rounded honey that still rises up above others in multiple applications.

I got a small sample with a past purchase of beeswax and immediately fell in love. I knew I had to buy a big jar, do yourself the favor and just get the big size. It goes so well with tea and even just by itself. My family loved the taste and I just love dandelions so I was immediately drawn to this one. I'll be coming back for more when I run out.
