It took me three tries ro get the right sixe, but I finally did! I typically wear a womens 7 in womens shoes (7.5 in sneakers), and needed a 6 in these for a snug fit. I also have a narrow foot, so needed a full size down. As someone who has purchased and seen 3 pairs, the leather comes with a somewhat worn in look. I also apprecote the narrow calf on these boots, wish more companies offered it!
