Great Head Unit But The Customer Service Is What Makes The Difference

The installation was a piece of cake. Plug & play with no cutting, measuring or filing. Just read the installation guide and watch the video and you’ll be able to complete it in 1 hr - 1 hr 15 mins. Having a magnetic phillips screwdriver is a great help. The support staff (Jessica & Taylor) is fantastic. They answered my questions, sent additional instructions & a picture. I’ve gotta say that you might be able to find the head unit cheaper somewhere else but I doubt whether you can find an easier installation or a better technical support staff.

Works like a charm. If you get the add on mic1 retention module with the head unit, it comes flashed already so no need to follow the set-up instructions. No complaints. Great company.
