Folding Craft Ox Horn Comb

I know this was custom made and i do love it. Only issue i had was after using it several times, the comb part wouldn't stay up. It was flimsy. I had to use a small folded paper to keep the comb locked in. Maybe if you can make something that keeps the comb stayed up like how a folded knife how it locks in when you open it while im combing my beard. Thank you
