Poor customer service at Tak Tin shop
I arrange self pick up at Tak Tin Shop. i was notified the goods was being delivered to Tak Tin. I called the shop the day after to check the status. The lady kept saying the goods not yet arrive and will call me later. After 3 days, no call. i had to call the hotline myself to find out that it was a missed delivery. I am unhappy why the shop keeper not tell the truth when asked 2 times. Not a good experience. Yue Wah is never like this before.
