Dear WEXLEY Team, Thank you for your message, and please excuse my delayed reply. I’m very satisfied with the new backpack I received. Compared to the one I purchased previously, I can clearly see improvements in both quality and usability. If I may offer one suggestion — for users in Japan, who often carry their bags for longer periods during commutes, a slightly lighter weight would make it even more comfortable. I truly appreciate the support and sincere communication I received, especially from Helen, even though my inquiry came from Japan. I will take good care of this bag and use it with appreciation.
