The client service does not answer emails. I sent them 3 emails immediately after i purchased the bag to cancel the order but to no avail. They dont care. They overcharge for freight. Worst ever

Great Daily Pack, But No Bottle Pocket

Really like this backpack overall — it looks clean, feels durable, and the X-Pac material gives it a premium, weather-ready vibe. It works well for everyday carry and keeps things organized without feeling bulky. The only downside for me is the lack of a side pocket for a water bottle, which is a bit inconvenient for daily use. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely a minus for an otherwise solid daypack.

Nice but…

Nice backpack, the little brother to the perfect STEM. Beautiful craftsmanship, but: very stiff zippers and lack of an internal pocket for a bottle.
