Love the product but I had issues with packaging and lost product. Sent an email and have followed up three times with no response. Extremely disappointing to enjoy, support, & pay for a product and not get even a response.

This cleanser is utterly amazing. It removes sunscreen and makeup, is great for both morning and night, has seriously improved my skin. I won't use anything else. The only issue I've found - is it didn't work to get all of the Merit mascara off, so I had to use another remover for that. My ELF mascara came off fine with it.
