Loved it but too small

Jane was awesome when I opened the package. It was also packaged very nicely but unfortunately it was too small and I had to return it. Waiting for the new one now. Although in the process customer service was very helpful and very friendly. They told me what I needed to do in order to return it and receive my new chain. So I am very excited to receive the bigger size. Thank you
