2"x0.5" Slim Stainless Steel Handrail

Great product

Love the handrail. But the installation was less than fun. First it arrived missing the connecting bolt. They did send it to me after contacting them twice. The wall mounts went up with a problem. However, mounting the handrail to the brackets was terrible. The self tapping screws are not self tapping. What would have been helpful is for the company to have sent a proper drill bit with the hardware. I broke three bits and ruined sveral of the screws that were provided. I still have three holes still to attach. Again, the product is beautiful and the support when needed was great.
