Cross Hoop Earrings

The earrings are pretty and they look like the pictures on line. My earrings arrived in the time frame stated however one earring did not stay closed. I emailed atma the sane day stating i would like to exchange them for another pair thar would stay closed. They sent a reply email stating how I should adjust the post on the earring so that it would stay closed. No mention of an exchange or refund. I should not have to adjust a new purchase The customer service experience was orompt abd polite but I will not place another order.

Fell apart second time i wore them
