Great Granola

I have been studying the the effects of diet on accelerated aging. Most of the prepared items in grocery stores are not healthy because they have too much sugar, salt or unhealthy fats or some combination of these things. This includes their granola. Cinnamon Vanilla Almond Granola is very unusual in being healthy.
