While ordering a pair of Elementi fire tables from BBQ Kitchen Pros I made a mistake in the options I selected. One of the BBQ Kitchen Pro staff called the next morning to check in with me to make sure that what I selected was correct since it was a bit odd. They caught my mistake in time to have the warehouse ship the correct items. Had they not caught the problem, it would have cost me time and money not to mention, delayed the setup of the tables. The attention to detail and customer service are hugely appreciated and, I've already recommended BBQ Kitchen Pros to a friend.
