The customer service in terms of getting the new fan shipped and delivered was very good and upon arrival of the fan, everything worked and calling the phone number at Lumina to ask some set up questions was easy and they were responsive and helpful.

Fan Looks and works great and the app is simple to operate. Only problem was that the clear cover arrived with a crack, but Lumina agreed to send us a new for free! great company to work with!

Ordered Holographic fan to use in my place of work to display safety information for all associates to see. Very impressed with the fan, set up really easy through the app. Images crisp and clear. Would recommend. Customer support also easy to deal with and all questions answered promptly.
