F&P Solo Nasal CPAP Mask Autofit

The F & P Solo is a nice slim alternative to full mask

I’ve been on CPAP 20 years and have tried countless mask systems. The Solo Has a nice self-tightening very thin strap. Unfortunately my nasal septum gets sore after 6 to 7 hours because it tightens a little too much. I have tried three different nasal pillows and they all really make my septum sore. I am back to the full face mask with a fabric surfaced cushion by Res Med for best comfort. I use the Solo every other night now. 👍. I won’t give up trying.

I like the headgear

But not the pillows. I have the one pillow with just the one hole in the center. It slides around during the night an doesn't stay put. I guess I'll go back to wearing my old p10 mask.
