Great patio heater

Patio heater was fairly easy to put together. Did it all myself and took a little over an hour. The most tedious part was removing the film on the stainless steel top, but it kept it looking nice in shipping and did not have any scratches. The finish on the unit seems robust and hopefully will stand up to the elements well. It has a decent cover included so that should keep it looking nice. Kept two of us warm with no issues seated in outdoor swivel rockers below the unit with some fairly strong winds. Looking forward to getting more time under the heater on our patio.

Quality components

The patio heater arrived nicely packed and the instructions were clear; it only took about an hour to assemble. Even the hardware package was labeled with what number step you are supposed to use those pieces, I have never seen that before and it was amazing!! Longest part of the assembly was taking the blue protective wrap off the sheet metal pieces, but it kept them from getting scratched. The heater fired right up on the first try and it put off a very good amount of heat. We tested it on a cool evening around 50 degrees and we were very comfortable. Glad it came with a cover as well because most outdoor furniture you buy, you need to purchase covers separately. Can't wait to use this all summer and fall!

Use this heater all the time!

It started right up and throws off a lot of heat - at medium it was warm 5-6' away. This will be perfect for my round patio. I can easily keep 6-8 people warm. The neighbor kid who works at a rental store that handles these strongly encouraged putting this in the garage once it gets really cold or the weather is bad and definitely use the cover to protect from rain etc. He also recommended turning the gas off at the tank and then bleeding the hose to prevent condensation.
