Daria Oversized Leather Jacket

The jacket is too big for me as soon as it arrived I reached out to exchange for a smaller one. 3 emails later and no one has replied. Disappointed I did not have a jacket to wear over Xmas. They keep sending promotional emails but none about the help. I am cancelling payment with my bank, as a business they should not ghost a customer once they take your money with no after care. Next stop trading standards. Please avoid this company at all costs!
