I like this and you can make it with water or plant based milk. I can't drink a whole one in one sitting but I ahead it out and it works great!

Delicious, Delightful, and Refreshing

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever tasted a protein powder this good! My son even loves it. The vanilla flavor is light, delicious, and so pleasant—not heavy or overly sweet like some protein powders can be. It actually tastes refreshing. I mix mine with almond milk, and it blends easily without a lot of effort. The flavor and texture are both wonderful. It’s one of those protein powders I genuinely look forward to drinking. Absolutely love it!

I use the packets to make a smoothie every morning. I mix it up with a little fruit, milk, and sometimes chia seeds. They don't have that heavy protein taste or chalky residue in your mouth after drinking them.
