Email contacts with Irene House were very helpful in choosing and getting the new chair at a discount. Also links to monitor delivery were excellent. It came last Friday. My Daughter and Son-in law came over to put it together. A very nice man who had responded to an on-line ad came with his truck to take the old one away for free -- including all trash. By 7:00 pm amazingly life was back to normal. And I have been very comfortable since sleeping in it since. This is a much better model than the old one. Thanks so much for this!

I put it together and it is very comfortable the wire diagram for the plug in connecters could be better. But I figured it out. Really enjoying it.
