Birthday Cake Mistake

I ordered a birthday cake for my 9 year old daughter and the website showed it with writing, the words “happy birthday”. It came with no words and they had me wait while they put it in there. All the while, stating that it was extra and had to be special ordered. I told them that the website showed them that the website did not have that option, they checked and confirmed. Additionally, it was white when the website site showed purple. Lastly, it was a very dry and stodgy cake. Disappointing does not begin to cover how we felt.
