👍🏻 wish it was grown in the USA like the other mushrooms I bought... but... sometimes got to take what you can get.

Delicious. Soak them first for 10 minutes to soften and expand. Then I use the dried corydceps with my scrambled eggs in the morning, and add to them to recipes as a noodle substitute.
