Diva Rice DRY Konjac Rice — Zero Carb (Not Wet Shirataki) | Keto Rice Alternative (1 Bag)

This rice is comparable to the real thing, I followed the instructions on the package, then added some soy sauce, I couldn't tell the difference from the real thing....amazing rice!!!

This rice tastes great and very quick and easy to make. It really does smell and taste like a real basmati rice. Get water ratio right, the rice will have supple texture and good feel to it when eating. I am taking down a star as I am a pre diabetic and bought this rice thinking it won't raise my blood glucose. 1.5 hour post meal checks showed 11.5 and 10 mmol in two different meals. Each had the diva rice with steamed veggies. Even though this rice has zero carb but surprisingly it raised my blood glucose as much as a regular rice does.

My new obsession! I love rice and this product is beyond description. I feel like I’m eating the real deal. I’ve missed rice so much, so I will always have this in my pantry!
