The website says 15 days, parts arrived in ~45 days. Customer support was quick and friendly. My order consisted of smaller pieces and they mentioned smaller bits may need reprints and needed to match their quality which sounds good to me.
Upon arrival I inspected all pieces and with the exception of some tiny easy to remove supports all were perfect and fit on my redemptor exactly right. I did a quick wash with dawn dish soap before gluing.
If I need 3d printed parts I would use them again, just expect it to take a month.
