The product itself is lovely. For such delicate prints, the detail and the quality is stunning. Shipping and a lack of communication is the main reason for a reduced score. Hadn't heard anything for about 8 weeks and product only seems to have shipped after I got in touch. I still recommend the item and the retailer generally, just be prepared to stay in touch with them.
