My favorite band so far ! The colors are beautiful and it looks so good on my wrist. It looks good when I am in my "professional" mode and just as great at the beach . I love it

Package was delivered 22 days from the date of order. Couldn’t reach anyone at customer service. Only received automated response to my email concerning my missing order after it was finally delivered. Upon opening package, i saw that not only was the order late, but they didn’t completely fill my order as 2 items were missing. Unfortunately, there’s no way to contact them directly other than their email which they don’t respond to. Now i have to wait and see if I’ll get my money back for it, or if they’ll send me another package.

I like the color of the bands. They are easy to slip on and off, but also fit securely on the wrist. I had two remove two sections on each band with the tool provided. That was a little tricky because the tiny pins that are removed/reinserted are difficult to see. My biggest complaint was shipping time. Shipping policy says 3-5 business days which is acceptable, but I ordered mine on 5/25, but didn’t receive until 6/13.
