Ordered wrong size

I made the error of ordering the wrong size but it was easy to return. The issue now is the replacement! It’s been confirmed by email the bubble visor return was received but the correct size was supposed to be sent out well over a week ago and nothing received. I’ve sent chase emails to find out what’s happening but no response whatsoever. The product was excellent but seems the system fails if something doesn’t go right. I’m now waiting to find out if they will deliver or refund and have had to open a case with PayPal to return my money. Great shame as love some of their gear on the website.
