It fits inside the shirt without too much drama. You do have to wrestle it into submission before it gives up and goes in to the provided pocket. Looks sturdy and it ticks the elf n safety box.

The standard back armour is adequate for the job and feels comfortable enough if only a bit heavy, could do with ventilation holes to promote airflow would be my only gripe.

I normally wear 2XL however I did need to go up to 3XL as the collar would not go far enough up on the regular size, its quite snug at the neck anyway. Its a strong well made material the Armour is comfortable and stays in place . Its not windproof , it does allow a fair bit of air through especially around the chest and arms . The branding is quite bold, so be sure you are OK with that before buying. There is some writing on the cuff that is a bit over the top , albeit its under your glove cuff, and is shown in the product pictures. Its my first Hoodie and I am not sure yet where it fits in with Winter Jackets, Summer Jackets and Leather Jackets . It is however far the most flexible items of all my motorcycle gear now . I think to improve it chest Armour pockets would be a good step forward .
